I'm a product detail. I'm a great place to add more information about your product such as sizing, material, care and cleaning instructions. This is also a great space to write what makes this product special and how your customers can benefit from this item.

Each pair of eyes are custom painted to order especially for you! Therefore I do not accept returns.

Exceptions to this rule are, in the incidence of an incorrect item being sent or where the eyes are believed to be defective.*

In the event of a defect or incorrect order, please contact me immediately and I will be happy to organise a replacement or refund for the item.

Postage will only be refunded in the case of the whole order being incorrect/defective.

As eyes are painted to order they will not be shipped immediately. They will be ready for dispatch via your chosen delivery method approximately 5 days after your order has been placed. This time frame will vary during busy periods.

*Note, most eyes will have a very tiny mark on the edge, this is not a defect but where it has been broken from the mould when being produced by the manufacturer. It is an unavoidable part of the production process and should not be visible once in place on your creation.

Items will not ship immediately. They are painted especially for you and will usually be ready to dispatch in approximately 5 days, but this may vary during busy periods.

Postage prices shown are for a package of up to 100g, this will cover most orders. If your order weighs over this amount I will contact you prior to posting to inform you of any extra charges.
